VIP Select
A VIP Select Mortgage gives you maximum flexibility with the choice of three great introductory rate options, so you can enjoy lower monthly payments for up to the first 12 months, or one constant rate option with a very competitive rate.
If you make any changes to your loan during the first three years of the 5-year loan term, only two months interest penalty will be applied. There is no penalty during the last two years --- the loan is fully open in years 4 and 5.
