Bob Maciver is a Managing Director of MCAP REFG's Vancouver
office and has been with MCAP since 1989. Most recently, Bob lead the Vancouver
Team's successful completion of several major development financing investments.
Two of these were each in excess $350 million.
Prior to joining MCAP & it's predecessor organizations as a principal, Bob spent
a number of years working over seas as Vice President & Regional General Manager,
& then a partner, in two major international investment banks in the area of "big
ticket" leverage leasing, & cross border, tax based structured asset financing.

Ken Teskey is Senior Vice President in MCAP REFG's Vancouver
office and has been with MCAP since 1988. He is involved in all large or legally
complex financings located west of the Province of Quebec.
Ken was Managing Director of MCAP’s commercial and construction lending operations
in British Columbia and held various senior management positions with responsibility
for loan origination, underwriting, funding and servicing. For a three year period
starting in April, 2002 Ken held the office of Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance
Officer for most of the MCAP Group of Companies and he has been the primary liaison
with MCAP’s outside legal counsel.
Prior to entering the mortgage finance business Ken practised corporate commercial
law for 11 years with a large Vancouver law firm. He holds a BCom and his LLB from
UBC.
