Bruno Iacovetta is a Managing Director in MCAP REFG's
Toronto production office and has been with MCAP since 1988. Bruno and his team
provide financing primarily for residential construction developments, including
sub-divisions and condominiums, in the Ontario market.
Prior to moving into the production environment in January, 2007, Bruno was Vice
President, Investment Management, where he was responsible for managing MCAP's residential
construction lending programs, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit
adjudication, special loans, asset allocation and investor relations. He has effectively
managed loan portfolios in both bullish and bearish real estate markets.

George Mejury is a Managing Director in MCAP REFG's Toronto
production office and has been with MCAP since 2004. George leads a team which is
primarily involved in commercial term and construction financing for retail, industrial,
office and other commercial properties in the Ontario market.
George has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and, specifically,
in the real estate finance business for the past 18 years. Having cut his teeth
in the exciting environment that was the smaller Trust Company sector of the late
1980's early 1990's, George has held loan origination and asset management positions
with chartered banks and life companies prior to joining MCAP.

Don Ross is a Vice President in MCAP REFG's Toronto Head
Office and he has been with MCAP since 1989. Don serves commercial mortgage brokers
in all major Canadian markets, providing term financing on individual transactions
up to $25 million.
Don has extensive experience in building commercial mortgage portfolios through
direct lending and corporate acquisitions. He has held senior positions at MCAP
in commercial asset management, loan servicing, investor relations, commercial lending,
capital markets and commercial term credit adjudication. Don was instrumental in
the development and implementation of MCAP's commercial lending program through
the public capital markets.
