Bruno Iacovetta is a Managing Director in MCAP REFG's Toronto production office and has been with MCAP since 1988. Bruno and his team provide financing primarily for residential construction developments, including sub-divisions and condominiums, in the Ontario market.

Prior to moving into the production environment in January, 2007, Bruno was Vice President, Investment Management, where he was responsible for managing MCAP's residential construction lending programs, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit adjudication, special loans, asset allocation and investor relations. He has effectively managed loan portfolios in both bullish and bearish real estate markets.

Frank Margani is the Associate Vice-President of MCAP’s REFG Origination Group, Toronto branch. Frank specializes in structuring low-rise, high-rise, green-field and infill residential debt and equity financing solutions for developers and builders throughout the GTA. By forging strong relationships with his clients, and through his deep understanding of and passion for real estate development, Frank provides creative and flexible financing solutions that meet the residential development and construction needs of some of the leading developers in the region.

Prior to joining with MCAP in 2003, Frank was a national account manager for a leading Canadian consulting firm, servicing the finance and banking sectors. Frank is a graduate of University of Saint Michael’s College, in the University of Toronto, and serves on the alumni and advisory councils of his alma mater.
