Since January 2005, Mr. Luc Perron is, Vice-President, Origination for the Quebec and Maritimes region of Group MCAP, a subsidiary of the Caisse de Depot et Placements du Quebec. He leads an experienced subscription team responsible for business development.

Mr. Perron has more than 22 years experience in the financing of commercial real estate. He has held industry-related management positions with Cadim, a subsidiary of the Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec in financing and debt management . He has also held management positions in other financial institutions such as : Banque nationale, Laurentienne-Vie, Trust general as well as the SCHL.

A graduate of the Universite du Quebec a Montreal, Mr. Perron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urbanism, with a minor in administration and has undergone further training with the Institut des Compagnies de Fiducie.

Tino Masecchia was appointed Vice President, Business Development in December 2006.

Mr. Masecchia began his career in real estate with CMHC in 1974. He joint the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec as an Appraiser in 1988. He was then successively named Negotiator and Director, Mortgage Financing, Canada, before being promoted to Vice-President in 2002.

Tino was instrumental in developing the Mortgage Financing division outside of Quebec for CDP Mortgages. He was well known for closing major deals and structured financing throughout Canada. From 1997 to 2005 he was responsible in closing 3.5B$ of term loans in all of the major provinces excluding Quebec.

Mr. Masecchia obtained the AACI designation in 1988 and in 1992 was elected Chairman of the Board for the Quebec chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He is also a member of NAIOP, MBA, CIBPA and is the cofounder and Chairman of the board of Montreal Baroque Festival.
