Robert Balfour is Managing Director of MCAP REFG's Calgary office and has been with MCAP since 1994. Robert leads a team of 7 professionals who provide term and construction financing for commercial properties and residential developments for Alberta based properties and clients.
Bob has been active in real estate finance in the Alberta market since 1975. Born, raised and educated in Calgary, Bob's broad industry experience comes from time spent in the brokerage industry, with trust companies and with Life Insurance companies. He is a licenced mortgage and real estate broker with active community affiliations through Rotary and served as a Past President of the Alberta Mortgage & Loans Association.
