MCAP’s annual production of new commercial mortgage assets exceeds $5 billion. With production offices in major Canadian centres (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City), our origination team sources all major commercial loan types in all areas of Canada. Asset Management

MCAP offers full underwriting, credit adjudication, deal analysis and portfolio management to its investors. We will work with you to establish a set of credit and security criteria for new loans and you can be as involved in the underwriting and evaluation process as you wish. Our leading edge credit scoring systems ensure a consistent analysis of risk and ensure adherence to established investor requirements.
